for a first time builder, i'm impressed. Installation wasn't too bad, except the ONE con of this board: The front audio jack header is DIRECTLY underneath where the video card goes, so if you are like me and have even a remotely decent sized GPU, don't expect to use your front audio jacks unless you do some houdini on it. Otherwise though, works excellent, LOVE the bios, and satisfied overall.

PROS: Reliably runs DDR3-1600, wealth of connections,including SATA3, very nice BIOS, although I never tried to overclock yet.CONS: I understand the need to orient SATA connectors horizontally - there is no mounting screw nearby so these are just hanging in the air on all mATX boards. What makes it worse is the fact that you will need a RIGHT angle SATA connector. Most common is LEFT angle connector and this is exactly what is bundled - shame on ASRock. In my case this became a major problem and I had to use mini-SATA cable.Also front panel audio connector is literally under my video card. Not very convenient.The above is not serious enough to ruin the goods.

Stable, full of features, excellent BIOS

No longer interested in pressing the hardware clocks to their maximum, I wanted a full featured board without all of the extras thrown at the enthusiast PC market. I have been running this for 2 months and it has been nothing less than stable. Up until this point I was loyal to ASUS, but I'm happy to have broadened that.
