Great And Good And Stupid User.

Ok, first the Great part. This is a top-quality board, packaged well and shipped fast! Red Planet Trading did a great job.Now the good part. It comes with everything but a CPU, including a CD for BIOS upgrade. The board I received looked like it was new or perhaps removed from a gently-used machine. Even the PCMCIA card ejector works!And last the Stupid User thing. I did not need this board! Turns out my after-market power supply is under rated and can not support the required start-up current for the Inspiron 5150. Still, I did need a working ejector on the PCMCIA socket, and my old board did have a screw socket pulled up off the board. I think this is still $60 well spent.

Well done but didn't work.

The logic board was professionally handled; looked like the power jack had been replaced or resoldered. But whoever did this did not retest it, i.e. did not put it back into the laptop to test it because it still did not work. So the company fully refunded the money.

I thought the board was bad, but it turns out I had a bad stick of RAM. Contacted shipper and they responded quickly. I would order from this shipper again.
