I am overall pleased with the purchase, the item is well made, and fits nicely onto my Arduino Mega 2560 board. The problem with these addons, is that there are multiple Google ADK packages, and APIS that seem to make it difficult to get a handle on how to program this thing. I am narrowing it down and once I've figured out the right combination of ADK versions and APIS, I should probably post a follow up. I have successfully mounted the board, and my compiler (arduino) can see the serial port as well as the programming port on the Mega.By the way I should mention that my goal is to interface my mega board with an Android phone so I can use the board for controlling some motors, but use the phone and its Wifi etc as the contact data transfer node etc.

We bought this to be able to connect an Android to the Arduino Uno. Before even using this though we were able to get the Android to talk directly to the Uno through the USB B port so it can be done!
