I got this board for almost nothing during a CPU/Mobo combo sale. I have this board paired with an.FX 8350 AMD FX-8350 FX-Series Eight-Core Processor Edition, Black AM3 FD8350FRHKBOX and running OC'd at 4.5GHz on air with a Hyper 212 EVO. Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan (RR-212E-20PK-R2) I have 16gb of Ballistix sport 1600 DDR3 RAM Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB kit (8GBx2) DDR3-1600 1.5V 240-Pin UDIMM BLS2CP8G3D1609DS1S00 running at 1600 even though the board only says 1333+...I don't know maybe it configured itself....just happy it did! I'm also runnning a GTX 550i graphics card.If you are pairing this with an FX chip, the front of this Mobo box should say in red with white lettering "NEW AM3+ CPU/BIOS INSTALLED". Also check that REV 4.1 is printed on the board itself, and the BIOS is updated to F4. For the price its really hard for me to complain about this board! BUT! There are a couple of things... 1st if your planning on adding a graphics card ....its going to cover the PCIex1 slot for sure. I though about buying an extender cable for the Graphics PCI x16 slot and rigging something...but I'll try that later. 2nd while it does have USB3... It only has SATA II conncections. On the plus side it does have VRM cooling for the RAM!For those interested ....I'm stable with my multiplyer up 4500mhz, Vcore @ 1.42, c1e off, c6 off, most things set to manual instead of auto, and what really keeps my temps stable is setting the Load Line Calibration (LLC) to REGULAR. Also, all power saving features turned off. Running 20c idle and 54c %100 load per HWmonitar and Coretemp.I didn't want to spend $200 for a Sabertooth Board so this was a phenomenal alternative. While it doesn't have Sabertooth's features, it does a pretty awesome job for the price...and if you can find it on sale, or get it in a combo pack...even better!Just an update: Stable can be a relative term for each person. So for me stable means I can run Cinebench and Sandrs SIS benchmarking (have not tried Prime 95) I couldn't run the Sandra test initially until I changed my LLC from AUTO to REGULAR. Also... I'm not really a gamer but since I havn't played any thing in a while I started playing MechWarrior Online with everything set to high...its been running pretty smooth. Also, I just started playing Crysis3 with everything set to high and things have been smooth as well.

Just put my system together. So far this board is running smooth and works fast for my needs. I'm not a gamer, but would like my system to run faster and smooth for business use and functions in running some databases and adobe applications so I replaced my old computer. I used an Athlon II X4 CPU for this board and it works great so far. Like another reviewer said, this is SATA II and not SATA III which I wished I would have read the technical specs more clearly. This board also comes with 2 SATA cables and to my surprise a IDE slot for connection of up to 2 IDE devices. So if you decided to get this board and want to use IDE along with SATA, be sure to get a PSU with molex and SATA connections.

I am typing this review from the PC that I built using this motherboard. It was easy to install in the case I chose. I liked the layout. I really like that it offers on board graphics. I am using the on board graphics for now as I research and save up for a new graphics card. (The card I had on my last PC was nothing but trouble and I don't want to repeat that horrid experience!) The on board graphics are the lowest score on the Windows 7 experience rating for my PC (the graphics gets a 4 vs the next lowest score of 5.8) however for now it is sufficient for my needs. I can see my blu-ray movies clearly, I can watch streaming from Amazon Prime movies and TV shows and I can play my social games. Of course it works fine for my word processing and financial programs. I haven't loaded any of my PC games into this build yet as I haven't had time lately to play them. Those might make me want a better card but so far this motherboard is doing a great job. I really like the USB 3 ports and the fact that the case I got with built in front USB 3 ports worked with this motherboard. I have two 8Gig sticks of memory installed and in time I may add two more. If I had any reason to buy another board any time soon I would not hesitate to purchase this one again or to recommend it to my friends and family that sometimes want me to build systems for them.
