• 204-pin SODIMMs are currently available in PC3-8500 (DDR3 1066MHz) and PC3-10600 (DDR3 1333MHz) speeds.
• To use DDR3 memory, your system must have both a 204-pin SODIMM slot and a chipset that supports DDR3 memory. A DDR3 SODIMM will not fit into DDR2 or DDR memory sockets.
• The gold pins on the bottom of the SODIMM provide the connection between the memory module and the memory socket.

Be careful when ordering with this seller. I ordered what I though was notebook memory. When my package arrived I had received some 240 pin desktop memory. After contacting the seller I was informed that the item in the description was out of stock. The same be that's showing "only 5 left in stock". About the only good thing that came out of this transaction was a fairly decent communication flow about the screw up with the seller, and he learned how to refund return shipping costs to the buyer.I ended up ordering my memory directly from Crucial and had the correct modules in my laptop 3 days after placing my order. The price difference was only a couple bucks compared to this seller's item.

Can't go wrong with Crucial

I ordered this RAM and installed it on mini ITX intel motherboard DH61AG, works fine and never had an issue, further more I've noticed that Windows Experience Index went 2 points higher (From 5.5 to 5.7) using this RAM.
