The listing said that the motherboard was new. The mobo I received clearly was not. This particular motherboard design requires a special installation for a heat sink plate for each processor that is glued to the board from the underside and then the heat sink is connected to the plates from above with screws that pass through the board. The package included 2 new heat sink plates for installation. There were already plates glued to the board. The package also included a heat sink which is unusable with this board. According to the manual for the mobo (which I had to download from ASUS), the heat sink is supposed to have holes in it, allowing connection to the plate installed underneath the board. This heat sink has no holes. I decided to go with another solution and save the mobo and cpu for later. For $39, I can't complain. The good news is; I was building a firewall but since this mobo didn't work out, I went ahead and got a stand alone unit which is much easier to configure & I didn't have to use a server OS license. I have not booted the server with the mobo installed. I don't know if it's fully functional or not. I plan to get some proper heat sinks and build a server with this mobo some time in the future. Overall review - the product was not exactly as listed.

The motherboard is new, everything is fine with it. but they don't send ANY of the accessories, included the cooler holder for the cpu, and the I/O Shields.
