I gave this 5 stars because I like the features and that the company will answer my questions. Also others seem to prefer Gigabyte. Gigabyte once advised me on C.P.custom built computer that was mis-configured and with their guidance I fixed it. This is the first computer I built myself. The first MB for this build is from another company DOA, still waiting for a repair/replacement. I can't believe the sound quality from this MB. I have is hooked up to a rather cheap Logitech system, and it sounds really nice. I had one small glitch. I hooked a plug in for the front USB 3, and on a little pull of the cord it caused the outer plastic guard (MB) to break. Not a big deal, but totally unexpected. My only regret is that I didn't buy this MB as my first choice. I opted for what seemed like a bargain of a life time, and received nothing but grief from all parties concerned. I've been using my other Gigabyte for 2-2.5 years, and so far still love it.I guess the real test is time. I had computers last over 10 years and others about 5 years. I think the best way to make a decision on anything electronic is: Is the company reliable? How long is the guarantee? What is the cost of shipping item for repair replacement? Do you have any real experience/knowledge that the seller will stand by you should the manufacturer be difficult and unreasonable with warranty?
