Pros:+ Very Stable!+ Has a lot of features normally found only on ATX sized boardsCons:- Expensive for a small board- Bunch of caps near CPU socket, might block aftermarket coolersLet me start off by saying that normally I don't buy mATX boards for my main computer, but I just bought a Silverstone Tek Micro-ATX Mini-DTX, Mini-ITX Mid Tower Computer Case with Aluminum Front Panel and Steel Body TJ08B-E - Black and I couldn't fit my existing P8P67 Pro. Since my old board was the B2 revision with the SATA bug, I figured it was time to ditch the board anyways and purchase a new one. Out of all the boards I looked at, only the Sniper M3 and the Asus MAXIMUS V GENE Z77 mATX DDR3 Intel LGA 1155 Motherboard seemed worthwhile for enthusiasts and gamers (I didn't want to lose too many features going from ATX to mATX).I haven't really tried to push the overclocks on this board very far, but I can say that it easily hangs in there with the P8P67 (I have my i5-2500k running at 4.4GHz just like before). I don't benchmark that much, but the numbers are around the same as before (maybe slightly better, but within the per-run variance). The RAM was detected better on the M3 than my previous board, and in general it seems like this board is much more stable (I haven't had a single lockup or BSOD, whereas I would get one a couple times a month on the P8P67). I'm inclined to believe it was just the board which was causing the lockups before, since none of my other hardware has changed, but it is possible that the fact I have a clean install of Windows is the reason for the apparent stability.You get tons of accessories (cables, stickers, software, etc), but that is to be expected for a board of this level. I actually don't use very much of it, mostly just the SATA cables, but it just feels like a more complete product that way.The one thing you might have to worry about with this board is the placement of some capacitors near the CPU socket. Depending on your heatsink, it might be difficult to fit a mounting bracket since they are so close to the socket. I would take a good look at the picture before purchasing to determine which CPU cooler you need to buy. I'm using the Antec Kuhler H2O 620 Liquid CPU Cooler System, and while it didn't look like it was going to fit at first, I managed to mount it and it looks like everything is in good thermal contact -- it's definitely VERY close though, so just be aware that there is very little clearance. You should have no problems if you're just using the stock cooler, but I have a feeling almost no one who buys this board will be using the stock cooler :).Other than the clearance issue with larger aftermarket coolers, I am very pleased with this board and have no problems recommending it -- it's stable, it's fast, and has enthusiast-level features normally only found in larger ATX boards.

My first venture into Micro-ATX and I'm pretty happy. This board has worked very well so far. BIOS updates were flawless and configuration is straightforward. Has easy settings for modest overclocking which is what I was looking for. Included audio seems a notch above most other solutions.Had a BSOD problem that took a while to troubleshoot but turned out to be a bad stick of memory. The board seems rock solid after memory RMA. I've been an ASUS fan in the past but got this board for significantly less than the ASUS equivalent and the ASUS reviews were all over the place.Only significant problem I had with my build (TJ08B-E case) was that the USB3 cable for the front panel of the case is very stiff and the socket for it on the MB sits right under the HDD cage. The HDD case hits it and wants to bend it. Maybe I could get some kind of extension cable, because I'm a bit worried it will bend the header.If you're using a large CPU cooler you'll want low profile memory (ie no big heat sink fins that stick up) but I think that would be true of any micro-ATX board.

Bought this for a Video Editing / Gaming Rig for a client. It had all the features we needed in a small package. Computer was smoking fast and had no problems with the board, comparability or posting issues. We use this in a future build for sure.
