Asus makes awesome motherboards. I always buy Asus Boards. They are build strong and last long time. Look nice too. This one performs just as i needed it too and has all the features that i need on it. And i love how it has that UEFI BIOS. Asus puts that one pretty much all there boards now. Very nice new BIOS to have. Loads of features on it as well.Well worth your money if you don't need a supper expensive one.

I tried to contact Jeffery (above commenter) per email address listed above, to see which graphics card would be best suited for my system and got no reply. I installed a TPM module and when I tried to install the driver the program said it could not find the module. I waited on hold for 20 minutes till I got to talk to a human only to be hung up on. I called back was on hold 30 minutes waiting for customer support the phone rang twice like a C.S. person was available and then CLICK! hung up on again. Third try I got through and they suggested I update the bios again. This still didn't work. Next morning I called back again waited for 1hr. finally got through to C.S. This time the C.S. person didn't even know what a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) was. Are you freakin kidding me! Jeffrey if you think I'm lying just look up service # 2482328 and while your looking things up look at your email you'll see my email there.

I am actually still using this board paired with a i3 2120, 16gb of 1333 ram, and a GTX 660 for a budget build. The problem is with the voltages and turbo. According to hardware monitor and CPU-Z the voltages fluctuate a lot and fan speeds for my CPU and chassis fan register as 0 a lot of the time. Turbo is also stuck on so my i3 2120 runs at 3.3ghz all the time and in some games the voltage has spiked to the intel max spec of 1.5v. After I saw that I manually downclocked the voltage and tried everything in the book to make the turbo work right but it never downclocks. I got it for $50 so I am not going to go through the whole process of RMAing which will probably cost me another $50 in shipping. Between this and the bad experience I had with my Asus z77 v lk I tried in my main build I am done with Asus boards. Also the SATA layout is stupid because if you have a graphics card it covers 2 of the sata ports so you are limited to only having a optical drive and a hard drive or 2 hard drives.
