I waited two weeks for this motherboard to go back in stock and sold from Amazon. When it finally did, I bought it, and two hours later, it was out of stock again hah.I bought this motherboard for my new M-ATX build with a Silverstone TJ08-E case and I love it! This is my first AsRock motherboard and I have to say, I'm extremely impressed by it. I use to be a diehard Asus fanboy but this motherboard has converted me.The motherboard UFI Bios is nicely laid-out and isn't intrusive. The BIOS even has an option to allow you to update it over the internet from the BIOS. It has fantastic overclocking capabilities and the quality of the parts are great. I have my 3570K OC to a mild 4ghz, but this motherboard would easily allow me to hit 4.8ghz. It uses a broadcom gigabyte Ethernet card and not a realtek one which is nice because the broadcom gives a lower ping and has more throughput. I run a gig network at home with a proxy server and a file server, and I receive file transfer speeds with this card up to 105mb/s.It has the latest PCI-Express 3 support, plenty of fan ports for a small M-ATX case, sata 6, and all the other features you would except.Overall I'm extremely pleased with this motherboard. I highly recommend it to anyone versus the Asus Z77 Gene V. I bought this mother board for my new computer and am pretty impressed so far. It's had done all it has been billed to. With a i7-3770t processor in it and 32 gigs of ram plus hard drives and dvd drives the system is only consuming about 15 to 17 watts of power while browsing the internet. Performance wise it is very fast.why didn't I give it a 5 star review then? I recently built a couple systems for a client using gigabyte itx motherboards and the bios had a lot better and cleaner interface. The other reason is that I have had several times in the build and changing bios settings where the bios reset ram speed settings or other stuff that I had already configured and saved. Though the system is running stable I didn't like that fact that it was unpredictable that way. I found gigbytes bios a lot friendlier. Also The motherboard says it is XMP compatible with XMP ram but it does not say so in the bios even with an updated bios. It only detected my high end kingston ram at 1333 mhz. I had to manually set it to 1600mhz. system runs fine once I manually set it. Detected the cpu fine though. I bought this over the gigabyte due to the extra sata3 connectors on the motherboard.

This is a really great mobo, I am upgrading from a stock board from a Gateway FX-6860. It was really easy to install and came with everything I needed. From the looks of it, it looks well built and should last me a long time. Look forward to getting another GTX 660ti so I can SLI them.
