I bought this motherboard to use it as a microserver, replacing an old ECS GF8200A that run 24/7 for 5 years now, I thought it was a good idea to save some energy by replacing it with this one.It runs windows server 2003 perfectly fine.Its power consumption is so low, that my ampermeter clamp didn't detected any ampers going through the cable! the other computer was sucking 200watts all day long.I use torrent, jdownloader, internet information server, no-ip server, sql 2008, using all of this lightly.Unluckly the only software that struggles to run perfectly fine is iSpy for my security camera. The webcam at 640x480 drop frames, CPU use skyrockets to 100% and I couldn't do anything about it, except lowering the resolution to 352x240 and now cpu use is 30%. Someday iSpy will be cuda/amd app accelerated, I wish it was so it could offload some cpu use to the gpuOverall a nice board. I recommend it all the way.

Bought this to be used as a low power file server as I have too much music and movies to store on my laptop, and my main desktop is a power hog and can heat my room in the winter if i left it on, not to mention it is loud. Its good enough to run windows xp, dvi is great because who has a vga monitor these days. I set it up and have since left it running 24/7 and it hasnt done anything funky.
