I have been running this board with a i7-3770 24/7 for about 10 months now. No problems at all, very nice little board.Also for those interested, this board works great with VMWare ESXi 5.0 (and 5.1). It's supports VT-D so you can assign physical hardware directly to specific virtual machines.Update: So I found that the chipset temp on the board is a little on the high side. I replaced the chipset cooling plate with a Zalman heatsink and all is good.Update 2: A firmware update broke the ESXi NIC compatibility somehow. It's not a big issue since I just used a better Intel NIC but it's something to keep in mind if using it for this purpose. You can always install an older firmware anyways since there aren't many important changes (at least for me) in the newer firmware.

Easily the best board I have purchased. My first board ever was a 785gtm e45 MSI board, and it worked so well up until I decided to up my socket to AM3+ and grab a Gigabyte board, which was absolutely horrible in OC and user BIOS configurations, along with an extremely slow and horrible support service.Then I purchased this board, which features an amazing UEFI BIOS.Pros-It has a F'n web browser and amazing looking GUI in the BIOS! Mouse clicks work too!-overclocking settings are easily accessible-8 total usb ports with 6 2.0 and 2 3.0- Paired with any on your case, you won't run out of USB slots any time soon.-newer PCI E slots. MATX with 2 pci and 4 Ram slots are harder to find, so it was a must have.-It has these little slots to make hooking up the puny pc case pins such as POWER LED and stuff easier. Very smart and innovative MSI-it is z77! supports ivy out the box :DConsNone so far- It hasnt ceased to amaze me yet, i come from using old blue white text Legacy bios'sHowever I will address the 4 star reviewer's cons He says the manual is not user friendly. Honestly, this is a performance board for enthusiasts, it is implied that you have the proper knowledge of what to do, but regardless, I find MSI's manual relatively unnecessary since they also packaged a huge flyer with the basics of quick installing the mobo. IF you need specifics on bios settings, then i guess you need to actually read the manual, but who really cares, MSI support has actually read the manual with me before when i couldn't find a setting on my old board lol The reviewer also complains about the fact this is MATX. Honestly, how is this a con. You buy this knowing it is MATX. IT will fit anything you throw at it. The case you have is the actual defining factor as to how big/how much you can pack onto this board. I have a behemoth GTX 480 in a matx case, so i needed this board, and its fine. IF you are looking for a simply cheap z77 and prefer atx, go elsewhere, there are plenty atx boards for the same price from other brands others trust. This is preferably for matx users.My buildCore i5 3570GTX 4808GB Vengeance 1600750 Watt CHEAPY PSU from A-Power sold for 30 dollars*Also, if you are like me and looking at Intel mobos and considering the switch from amd to intel, do it. There is immense performance changes if you go to an ivy bridge processor, and right now the pricing is actually higher for AMD's 8 core 8350 than the ivy 3570 series, so take the advantage and grab intel!
