Purchased from newegg at the end of Nov 2012 - BIOSTAR customer support has been terrible so far. Had two random reboots with no BSOD two days before Xmas. Filled out the support request form, received one reply on 12/26 instructing me to try one RAM module at a time. Tried that, and the issue persisted and memory had tested as good in multiple configurations. In the time since that email (going on two weeks since the problem ocurred) - reboots have increased in frequency every day, to the point that it will now reboot 5 or 6 times in a row without even loading Windows, and if it happens to boot completely and load into windows I can use it for 20 minutes tops. It also fails to recognize the keyboard/mouse, or output video sometimes. Going two weeks with zero response so far is infuriating, and downright unacceptable. I will never use a Biostar product ever again, and neither will any of my colleagues or associates.My complaint is not with where I bought it, but with the manufacturer, who is seriously lacking in the customer support department.

Hi everyone!After few months running my lab enviroment to study virtualization (now with Citrix XenServer 6.1) I have to say that the product works very well. My computer is running 24/7, and after more then 3 months still working without any issue.Very good product for the (cheap) price.Regards,

Great motherboard for the price would recommend highly for a-10 processor and 2100 memory. easy oc with diag. led right on the board.
