This board is cheap, and rightly so. I picked up this board when a friendly neighbor who just asked me to recommend a good entertainment PC for under $800 bucks. Well, I just replied why don't I build you one? He wanted a budget PC that's small, and for entertainment/web surfing/youtubing/show recording and blu-ray movie playbacks. My neighbor and I were initially surprised of what I can build, because the specs that fits the job couldn't be more affordable...or so it seems:+Core i3 2120T - $128+BLURAY Drive - $80+2X4GB Corsair DDR3 Memory - $37+this Mober Freaking MB - $65+Windows Media Center Remote with Receiver $16+Cooler Master Elite 120 Advanced - Mini-ITX Computer Case with USB 3.0 Ports and Long Video Card Support (RC-120A-KKN1)- $50= $376 kaching!On PAPER this beats all $500 desktops on the market that I know of, those $200-$300 mini desktops on Amazon are crap with 2GB RAM and ATOM processors. The fact is this baby is supposed to be small, very small. The following build was exactly what my neighbor looked for, but whoever listed this is charging $895 for it iTX-Q Mini i3 Desktop-Existing Windows 7 - $0 DON'T ASK, ITS IMPLIED-Existing Wireless N USB adapter - $0-Existing 500GB hard drive $0-Existing 350W PSU from a old desktop in the attic $0-Existing HDMI cord $0Well, the entire order came in one shipment and we are both happy to put it all together. Boot test, ah... lights are on, but no BIOS screen - so it failed.My neighbor starred at the cube. After about 1 hour of checking, I took my own desktop over and tested all the components:swapped CPU onto my motherboard: BOOT OKswapped Memory onto my motherboard: BOOT OKswapped 350W PSU onto my motherboard: BOOT OKhard drive test: bull****, no need to test it because the system should have booted to bios even with a failing hard drive.other peripherals? : more bull**** that doesn't need to be tested."so, it must be the motherboard" I said "I'll just return it and get a replacement, must just be a bad egg" me laughing awkwardly.ROUND 1 VERDICT: BAD EGG----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------A week later after I returned the bad motherboard the replacement arrived, pop it in with all the wiring....Boot test, ah...lights are on, no BIOS screen?My neighbor politely said "It's pretty rare for a replacement to fail...""Ahuh..Yeeeah"I was thinking "The F...just wtf" so we tested everything again with the replacement:swapped CPU onto my motherboard: BOOT OKswapped Memory onto my motherboard: BOOT OKswapped 350W PSU onto my motherboard: BOOT OKhard drive test: Tested just for the f of it, BSODed because the XP on it is installed with ATA drivers, swapped the settings in my good motherbother, BOOT OK with default VGA driver. Well at least I saw some kind of color other than black.other peripherals?: Tested just for the another f of it, BOOT OKRound 2 VERDICT: MOTHERBOARD SUCKS!Returned this replacement and demanded a return, 3 days later we ended up with a $129.99 gigabyte and now we are both living happily ever, we watch tons of movies with this sick punk and my neighbor's cousin is also demanding one. Still under $400, just now it is $391 still blows people away at its performance. Just what an mind blowing troubleshooting experience. I should charge them for the service but hey, free blu-ray movie nights, comfortable couch and good beer.I really didn't want to be an a** for returning electronics to Amazon just because they don't work, this isn't Amazon's fault and they are paying for return shipping and all the handling costs. But I have no good alternatives because this particular Foxconn self-branded end-user channel didn't really have a good means for RMA serivce on their site. There weren't many reviews on this products but it seems there is a whole batch of bad Foxconn motherboards in Amazon's warehouses. I would not recommend this brand or this board to anyone, in fact I will actively say "DO NOT BUY THIS BOARD". The reason I still give 2 stars is because of Amazon's quick service for return.I build and repair computer at an enthusiast level, this build had tarnished my reputation, destroyed by a brand-wanna-be OEM, resurrected with a brand I trust. Even though they do assemble Apple products, those products are only as good as the Apple inspectors and QC over there, without supervision, their product are just _________. fill in the blank.

I bought this a year ago for a new HTPC I was building. Got several parts on sale and ended up being a nice build. I put this in the Apex case that can be found here for about $50, but was $35 on sale, and includes a PSU. I put a core i3 2120T in it, 8gb ram, an ssd, 1.5TB hdd, and Blu-ray burner. I think I got the board for $60.I was actually pretty surprised at the quality of the all color manual that came with it. I decided to update the BIOS, and it's not very apparent in the manual or the board, but you have to change a jumper on the board in order to allow a BIOS update. You won't find much help online. The one issue I did have with the board is that it would not recognize the AverMedia Duet TV tuner. I tried two of them, and neither would be recognized. I ended up going with a single PCI tuner and a usb tuner to get two TV tuners. Another tip, I turned on something called smart fan in the BIOS in order to keep the fan from running at full speed the entire time. I'm surprised this wasn't the default option.Overall, I would recommend this board for a HTPC build. You can't find any ITX board with these features for cheaper. Really the main current gen spec that it is missing is USB 3.0.

My first Foxconn H67 board would not POST. After an hour of troubleshooting, I found that an IC next to the CPU socket had fallen out and the pins were too badly tweaked to put back on the board. Ended up doing an RMA with Amazon (amazingly fast shipping BTW) and the second board also had the same loose IC. This one wasn't damaged however and I was able to seat it back on the board and everything is running flawlessly.
