fired right up amd athlon 2 2.6 ghz processor works great doing a build using parts from another computer and every thing works fine except the hd light isnt working ill figure it out the hd wire on the case was wired backwards

FEB 10 2013 Review Update: Foxconn authorized an RMA. The replacement was received and in working condition. So all is well that ends well. I know different people can have different experiences with manufacturers, but my personal experience with Foxconn support rates them a 9 out of 10.Regarding Foxconn A76ML-K 3.0, A74ML-K 3.0, and Foxconn Support ServiceFirst, for those who check to see if I'm a verified buyer... I build custom systems. On this particular build the client preferred to purchase the parts on their own so as to accumulate credit card purchase points. The A76ML-K 3.0 has been on 24/7 for a year now with no problems whatsoever.Secondly, on another build from October 2010, I used the Foxconn A74ML-K 3.0. It died a quiet death on January 26, 2013.To trouble-shoot the problem I tested ALL the components an another motherboard and confirmed that they all worked, narrowing the problem down to the motherboard which would spin up the CPU-fan on power-on, but no beep and no video signal. On 1/26/13 I contacted Foxconn Support via their website. They replied on 1/27/13 via email with a suggested 'trouble-shooting' procedure to follow and added that if that didn't help to phone them. On 1/28/13, with a phone call they (Foxconn Service) said they would email me RMA information.I should probably wait till I receive the RMA and then the replacement motherboard before writing this, but I feel so relieved to have received prompt, efficient, and courteous service after having read horror stories in various reviews regarding various motherboard companies' customer support, that I am moved to give Foxconn a shout-out for a well-done.I give both motherboards a 5-Star rating. If you understand the board specs and limitations, they perform up to all expectations. They come with a 3 year warranty and I can attest that (so far) they honor that warranty. Because I build systems for other people, the reliability of both the hardware and the manufacturer support is important to me. If those things are important to you I hope this review helps in your buying decisions.DAS
